Overview

What this policy covers

Deep Revision: PSLE Science ("Deep Revision," "the app," "we," "us") is a revision app for Singapore's PSLE Science syllabus. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it's stored, and what — if anything — leaves your device. We've written it to describe exactly what the app does, not a generic template.

Data handling

Information stored on your device

To power your revision plan, missions, and progress tracking, the app stores the following directly on your phone using your device's local storage. None of it is transmitted to us, because we don't operate a backend server that the app talks to.

You can clear all of this at any time using Reset Progress in the app's Profile tab, or simply by deleting the app — both permanently erase this data, since it exists only on your device.

In-app purchase

Purchases

Deep Revision offers a single one-time purchase to unlock premium features. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing system — we never see or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.). Apple and Google may retain purchase records under their own privacy policies, linked to your Apple ID or Google account, independent of this app.

What we don't do

No tracking, analytics, or advertising

The app does not include:

CapabilityPresent in this app?
Analytics / usage tracking SDKsNot included
Crash reporting SDKsNot included
Advertising or ad networksNot included
Third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, etc.)Not included
In-app browser / unrestricted web accessNot included
Messaging or chat between usersNot included
User-generated content shared with othersNot included
Local, on-device storage onlyYes

The "Ask & Learn" feature searches a fixed, built-in question bank on your device — it does not send your questions to us, to an AI service, or to any third party.

Families

Children's privacy

Deep Revision is designed for PSLE-level students (typically ages 10–12), used independently or alongside a parent. Because the app collects no personal information, requires no account, and sends no data to any server we operate, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in the course of using this app. If you're a parent with a question about what the app stores, see the "Data handling" section above — the honest answer is: whatever is on the device, and nothing else.

Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion

Since all app data lives on your device, you already have full control over it:

There is no separate account or server-side copy for us to delete on your behalf, because none exists.

Updates

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a feature that changes how data is handled (for example, an optional cloud-sync feature in a future update), we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and — where required — ask for your consent before the change takes effect.
